This article examines the core elements of communication, its forms (verbal and non-verbal), the role of emotions, and its significance in developing interpersonal relationships, with a particular emphasis on the family context.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>What is communication?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Communication is the process of exchanging information, thoughts, and feelings between two or more individuals, when the message holds a common meaning for all those involved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Every communicative act includes:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>A sender<\/b> (the person who transmits the message)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>a receiver <\/b>(the person who receives it)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><b>a communication code<\/b> (language, symbols, gestures, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>The goal of communication is not only to transmit information, but also to influence the other person \u2014 their thoughts, emotions, and behavior.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Communication never stops<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">One of the core characteristics of communication is that it is continuous.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\ud83d\udc49<\/span> Even when we are not speaking, we are communicating.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Eye contact, posture, silence, and physical distance \u2014 all convey messages.
