Behind every therapeutic journey, there is a person who accompanies it with knowledge, experience, and care.

Georgia Skentzou

Georgia Skentzou is a Psychology graduate of the University of Essex, England, and is completing her postgraduate studies (MSc) in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

She has attended specialized seminars at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA) and Panteion University in the fields of Family Psychotherapy, School Psychology, Special Education and Autism (ASD), Psychoeducational Interventions, Sexual Education, Holistic Child Psychology, and Applied Criminology.

Professionally, she collaborates with adult psychotherapy offices and centers for the psycho-emotional development of children and adolescents, specializing in ASD, psychoeducation, and family support. She has also participated in initiatives for the social integration of refugee children through the group “We Can Exist Together” under the auspices of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (2017–2018).

As a therapist, she approaches each individual with empathy, stability, and an essential psychological presence. She creates a safe and accepting therapeutic framework where the personal story can emerge with respect and understanding.

She combines elements of the cognitive-behavioral approach with psychodynamic sensitivity, aiming for experiential processing, emotion regulation, and the reinforcement of internal stability. Her central goal is the empowerment and psychological autonomy of the client, through an authentic relationship with the self.

Vaso Sfondyli

I am Vaso Sfondyli, a Psychologist with a Master’s Degree and professional license 2249/13.01.2017.

I completed my studies in 2016 at the Department of Psychology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and conducted my internship at the adult psychiatric clinic of the 251 Air Force General Hospital. Subsequently, I chose to specialize in the field of Organizational Psychology/HR through the Strategic Human Resources Management postgraduate program at the American College of Greece (ALBA). I then continued with a minor in the Promotion of Child & Adolescent Mental Health through the University of West Attica. Today, I am training in the psychotherapeutic model of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) at the Center for Applied Psychotherapy and Counseling.

My professional journey so far focuses on the study of human behavior, both through the businesses where I have worked and through providing psychological support via online sessions, as well as psychological intervention for individuals with special needs in Supported Living Houses.

Human Resources
My areas of activity within HR focus on a wide range of functions regarding human resources management and organizational structure. More specifically, I specialize in the following:
Recruitment and Selection, Management, Development & Performance Appraisal, Career Management, Career Path Design, Occupational Health & Wellbeing, Compensation & Benefits Management, Diversity Management, and Building Corporate Culture. These areas contribute to the creation of a healthy and productive working community and the achievement of every organization’s strategic goals.

At the same time, I provide psychological support through online therapy for clients seeking to manage areas such as: Self-awareness, Well-being, Decision-making Management, Functional Emotion Regulation, Building Healthy Relationships, Conflict Resolution, Crisis Management, Improving Daily Life, Enhancing Professional Life, and more.

Iordanis Pertetsoglou, MSc, Psychologist

Iordanis Pertetsoglou is a psychologist specializing in systemic-family therapy and holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Management. For over twenty-five years, he has worked in the field of addiction, collaborating with KETHEA across various facilities and programs, and holding the position of clinical director. His extensive experience in the mental health sector has brought him close to adolescents, adults, families, and couples, offering support tailored to the specific needs of each individual.

His therapeutic approach combines elements of the systemic-family model with psychodynamic sensitivity, aiming for experiential processing, emotion regulation, and the reinforcement of internal stability. His central goal is the empowerment and psychological autonomy of the client through an authentic relationship with the self.

In his practice, he provides counseling and psychotherapy to adults, couples, and families, emphasizing a relationship of trust and collaboration with the client. Through this process, he seeks to support individuals in managing their difficulties, as well as in their journey toward personal growth and balance.

Kyriaki (Kiki) Karachroni

External Partner

Kyriaki (Kiki) Karachroni is a midwife, a graduate of the Department of Midwifery at the TEI of Athens (1999). She has completed postgraduate studies (MSc) in “Advanced and Evidence-Based Midwifery Care” at the University of West Attica, specializing in ultrasound and cardiotocography, in which she also conducted research. She has attended seminars on Obstetric and Neonatal Emergencies, as well as CPR and breastfeeding.

Professionally, she began her career in January 2000 at the “IASO” maternity hospital, where she worked until April 2001. Since May 2001, she has been working at the “Elena Venizelou” General Maternity Hospital.

From 1999 to 2001, she served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Society of Family Planning, participating in actions regarding contraception and the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases. From 2000 to 2004, she participated in the SEMMA “Health Education in Schools” program, providing daily information sessions for junior high and high school students in Attica, Boeotia, and Euboea.

From 2015 to 2019, she served as a Clinical Professor (“Mentor”) for the Midwifery Department of Aegean College.
