A few words about me
There are people who don’t just come to “solve a problem,” but to find a way to stand within their lives once again with more understanding, peace, and connection.
Evangelia Kapoglou is a Psychologist and Family Therapist with many years of experience in the field of mental health. In her work, she has accompanied adolescents, adults, couples, and families through periods of difficulty, change, and internal exploration.
With the systemic approach as a core axis, she emphasizes the relationships, roles, and dynamics that shape the way we feel, think, and relate. The goal is not merely “treatment,” but a deeper understanding and the gradual empowerment of the individual within their own life context.
